THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOUNG PEOPLE CAN TEACH OLDER PEOPLE

Since the humanity was born, new generations have wanted to teach older people. However old generations haven’t tried to learn because the young people experience. What would happen if young people were able to teach new things?

In my view, I think that young people can teach the old ones because with every generation a new point of view is born (with them). So new gadgets or technology are created then. Due to that, old people can have experience about life but every moment will be appearing new things that require young people to teach older people. If young people hadn’t taught to olders in the past they wouldn’t have learned to use computers, phones, and things like these.

Nowadays, technology is changing fastly, therefore we need someone who teaches us how to use it. People whose knowledge is preciser may teach others. The world will be a better place if everybody learns from others. It’s nice to learn providing that someone teaches you.

To sum up, young people can teach a lot of tings such to older people, us technology or ways of life. It’s true that being able to teach doesn’t mine that you are the best, it mines that you must learn from people with more experience too.

Young people always have something to say!

WRITING DEFINITIONS

Ø  A boring friend: A boring friend it’s a friend who doesn’t speak much, doesn’t do things with friends like going to parties. A boring friend is someone who doesn’t do many things and it’s so quiet and peaceful. Last year I had a boring friend but he had to move to another country and distance has separated us.

Ø  An exciting moment: An exciting moment is a moment when you do something that you really enjoy or it’s special for you and which you have been waiting to do for a long time. For me, an exciting moment is going to be when my parents will let me go skydiving.

Ø  An interesting film: An interesting film is a film which has a strong message, reflects on some life facts, leaves your emotions to the surface and makes you think. Two months ago, I saw an interesting American movie called Mrs. Doubtfire, which I found very interesting because it caused some really strong effects on me and make me cry.

Ø  A worrying situation: A worrying situation is when something bad happens and it affects you due to the proximity of the fact. For example, a worrying situation could be a house on fire, when a burglar enters your house and robs or when something strange or bad happens to someone that you love or to someone that you have a very good relation with. A very worrying situation for me was when my father had cancer.

Ø  An annoying classmate: An annoying classmate is someone that is always talking and he does it in a very loud voice, that is always moving, someone who always asks questions and if we play a game, he always wants to win. Throughout all the years that I've been studying, I've always met annoying classmates.

FINISH SENTECES

Ø  I get annoyed when someone’s eating with the mouth open and at the same time is talking to another person very loudly with the mouth full of food.

Ø  I feel embarrassed when I’m in a public place full of people, like in a shopping center, and accidentally I fall down because while I was walking I stare something, and then all the people around me turn around and start to laugh very loudly.

Ø  I am shocked when some friends of mine get in love with people who they had never talked before and seem to live a fairy tale.

Ø  I feel relaxed when it’s raining and I don’t have to do anything, so I can have a coffee in the sofa with a soft blanket and I can stay there watching romantic films.

Ø  I’m not interested in people that always want to be the center of the world.

EXPEDICIÓ PER ANDORRA

Fa exactament un any, vaig realitzar en solitari una de les expedicions per Andorra que vaig gaudir més i perdurarà més temps en la meva memòria, ja que sóc una amant de la natura i durant aquells dos dies vaig poder observar de primera mà, un munt de fauna i flora, ja que passava dia i nit a l’aire lliure.

Visc a Banyoles i l’itinerari que vaig dur a terme per arribar a Andorra, va ser el següent: Primerament vaig pujar al cotxe, vaig programar el GPS i em vaig endinsar per les muntanyes amb el desig d’arribar el més aviat possible a Andorra, ja que tenia moltes ganes de començar el que seria el viatge de la meva vida. Un cop allà, eren les nou del matí i el primer que vaig fer va ser descarregar el meu equipatge del cotxe i dirigir-me a pujar el primer turonet. Al cap de poca estona la primera aturada va arribar ja que tenia molta gana i necessitava recompondre forces. Seguidament, vaig revisar el meu equipatge per assegurar-me que ho tenia tot i no m’havia oblidat de res, roba i calçat còmode, càmera de fotos, roba de recanvi, cantimplora, sac i estarilla per dormir a l’aire lliure… i efectivament ho tenia tot. Un cop em vaig haver recuperat, vaig decidir començar el meu viatge, així doncs vaig escollir una de les rutes predeterminades, amb la il·lusió de trobar com més aviat millor el primer llac i poder-ne observar la fauna i flora que l’envolten.

En arribar al primer estany, vaig quedar meravellat (suposo que va ser perquè era el primer). Primerament em vaig acostar a l’aigua per sentir la seva frescor i llavors vaig treure la meva càmera i vaig començar a fotografiar tot allò que em va cridar l’atenció, com per exemple els peixos dansant dins l’aigua, el ocells, les flors recobertes per la rosada del matí… Passada una bona estona, vaig decidir tornar a emprendre el meu viatge i continuar caminant.

Un cop vaig haver realitzat la primera aturada, totes les següents varen ser iguals i el factor sorpresa (tot i que tot era quasi igual), no disminuïa, sinó que augmentava més i més amb cada passa que realitzava.

Per a mi aquest va ser un dels millors viatges que he realitzat mai i el repetiria totes les vegades que fes falta. Personalment el recomano a les persones que saben gaudir de la natura i que tenen paciència, ja que les coses més espectaculars sempre es veuen a l’últim moment i quan menys t’ho esperes.

Le escribo con el fin de solicitar subvención económica para habilitar un local y hacer de él una escuela para niños pobres de la República Dominicana.

Mi nombre es Dominico y tengo veintitrés años y ya hace cinco que estoy en la República Dominicana socorriendo a los niños despavoridos y enseñándoles aspectos básicos como por ejemplo a leer y escribir. Al principio yo era quien iba en busca de los niños para ayudarles pero actualmente muchos de ellos ya me conocen y son ellos mismos quienes acuden a mí en busca de ayuda. Así pues, si pudieran subvencionarme para habilitar un local que se encuentra en el centro pueblo. Con ello me facilitarían la labor ya que podría dar clase a unos cuarenta niños a la vez. Además, tengo la suerte de recibir ayudas desde mi país para poder comprar libros y culturizar a los niños ya que saben muy poco sobre el mundo en el que vivimos. Dentro de dos semanas voy a recibir siete ordenadores de una empresa cercana al pueblo, que renueva el inventario y eso me será de gran ayuda. Por lo tanto, solo necesitaría subvención económica para reformar el local ya que todos los muebles y material escolar los iremos adquiriendo nosotros poco a poco.
